FILLER DISSOLVING
At Fine Lines Aesthetics, a filler dissolving treatment can help restore your confidence if you are having a bad experience with your fillers. If, for example, you're seeing migration or lumps in your lips which don't seem to be changing, then this treatment is for you.
Once you've had filler dissolving treatment, you can usually re-fill your lips around 2 weeks afterwards, as long as there are no contradicting factors to treatment.

Kate's friendly, professional approach ensures you feel comfortable and well-informed every step of the way.

ABOUT FILLER DISSOLVING TREATMENT
You might consider getting a hyaluronidase filler dissolving treatment in your lips if you are unhappy with the results of previous lip filler injections or if complications have occurred.
Hyaluronidase is an enzyme that breaks down hyaluronic acid (HA), the main ingredient in most dermal fillers, allowing for safe and effective reversal of unwanted results.

Common reasons for dissolving lip filler include overfilled or uneven lips, lumps or nodules, or a migration of filler above or below the natural lip line, which can distort lip shape. Some people also choose to dissolve their filler if they feel the result looks unnatural or does not suit their facial proportions.

The procedure is typically quick, taking around 15–30 minutes, and results are visible almost immediately. After dissolving, some clients choose to let their lips return to their natural state, while others may opt for a fresh filler treatment after two weeks, with more precise placement.
BEFORE THE TREATMENT

Before any treatment, you'll have a consultation with Kate to understand your medical history - essential to ensure the procedure is safe and tailored to your needs. A patch test on your forearm is compulsory, a small injection of hyaluronidase and separately saline to see if there is any reaction - waiting for 30 minutes to make sure that there is no adverse reaction.
During the consultation, Kate will discuss any allergies or sensitivities and explains the process in detail.

STARTING TREATMENT
Once the decision to proceed is made, the treatment involves marking the destination areas and injecting the product. The entire process is quick and minimally invasive, with most clients experiencing only minor discomfort.
Afterwards, clients are advised to avoid rubbing the treated areas and to follow aftercare instructions to get the best results.
A PERSONALISED APPROACH
Kate emphasises the importance of a personalised approach, ensuring each client’s expectations are realistic and that the treatment aligns with their aesthetic goals. She believes that feeling good about one’s appearance can significantly boost confidence and overall well-being.
